Return & Refund Policy
At OLDLOVE (Nandi International), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide a hassle-free return policy to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. Our aim is to build trust with our customers and instill confidence in their shopping experience with us.
Hassle-Free 7-Day Return Policy:
- Please make sure that the items you return are unused, unworn, and have the original tags attached.
- If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- We request that you share an unboxing video and photos of the wrong or missing items.
- Do not hand over the product for return without obtaining a pick-up slip or receiving an SMS confirmation.
- Items purchased during a sale are non-returnable; only exchanges are allowed for sale items.
- A reverse shipment fee of up to Rs 100 may be applied for excessive returns, which will be deducted from your refund.
- COD Charges won't be refundable.
- Once the product has been picked, the refund will be initiated within 3 to 5 working days after the order arrives at the warehouse and passes inspection.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you and will process the refund. - Please note that our return policy is subject to change without prior notice.
