Return & Refund Policy

At OLDLOVE (Nandi International), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide a hassle-free return policy to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. Our aim is to build trust with our customers and instill confidence in their shopping experience with us.

Hassle-Free 7-Day Return Policy:

  • Please make sure that the items you return are unused, unworn, and have the original tags attached.
  • If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. 
  • We request that you share an unboxing video and photos of the wrong or missing items.
  • Do not hand over the product for return without obtaining a pick-up slip or receiving an SMS confirmation.
  • Items purchased during a sale are non-returnable; only exchanges are allowed for sale items.
  • A reverse shipment fee of up to Rs 100 may be applied for excessive returns, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • COD Charges won't be refundable.
  • Once the product has been picked, the refund will be initiated within 3 to 5 working days after the order arrives at the warehouse and passes inspection. 
    For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you and will process the refund.

  • Multiple Item Return & Exchange Policy

    When a customer purchases more than one item in a single order, the following rules apply for returns and exchanges:

    1. Single-Time Return/Exchange

      • If you wish to return or exchange items from the same order, all such items must be returned or exchanged together in a single request.

      • Multiple return or exchange requests for the same order at different times will not be accepted.

    2. Eligibility

      • Returns or exchanges will only be processed if the request includes all the items intended for return/exchange from that particular order at once.

      • Once a partial return or exchange has been processed for an order, any remaining items from that order will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
